Back in 2005 shedkm’s ‘MoHo’ was the UK’s first pre-fabricated apartment for private sale to make use of volumetric pre-fabrication technology. Almost 20 years on, shedkm are still leading the way in modular housing design. Their most recently completed modular scheme is Redbridge Quay, in the Northbank residential quarter at Wirral Waters – the first phase of a new waterside community on Birkenhead’s docks.
