Wat Phra Singh UK Buddhist Temple is delighted to welcome you for a tour of our new Peace Garden. The publicly accessible facility adjacent to our temple will feature a 6M tall “Chedi” that is being donated to our temple by a benefactor in Thailand.  It will also include landscaping, public seating and wheelchair access. This unique public space is our gift to the people of Runcorn who have been so welcoming since we opened in 2013.  After the Peace Garden tour we would be happy to show you around the temple. This event is open to all.

Access Information:

The central part of the Peace Garden was designed to be DDA compliant for wheelchair access.  Should anyone wish to visit the temple after the Peace Garden tour we can accommodate wheelchair users on the ground floor, and would need to deploy our ramp to access the temple through the front door. Please contact hello@laf-uk.com if you have limited mobility or if you have any accessibility concerns or queries.

• Tickets must be ordered in advance of all events and will not be available to book at the event.

• Please do not travel to, or attend, LAF events if you are unwell. If you can no longer attend an event due to illness, please return your ticker via Eventbrite, or inform us so we can reallocate your ticket.

• We will be photographing this event and the images may be used to publicise future LAF events. By accepting an invitation or purchasing a ticket you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as a visitor attending the event.
